StrikeFox, cybersecurity consulting

Security architecture, design and assessment

Find the gaps before someone else does.

StrikeFox specifies and validates the systems that protect people and property: surveillance architecture, the networks beneath it, and the RF environment around it. Delivered as documentation precise enough for your installer or IT team to execute without interpretation.

Services

One team for the cameras, the network and the spectrum

Physical security architecture, the network beneath it and the RF environment around it, specified by the same team.

RF & Signal Intelligence

Analysis of the wireless environment a site operates in: which bands are occupied, what the link budget looks like at the perimeter, and where that creates interference or an exposure worth designing against.

  • Spectrum allocation and interference analysis
  • 802.11, BLE and sub-GHz IoT protocol review
  • Rogue-transmitter and UAS detection specification

Identity & Privacy Protection

Attack-surface reduction for the people behind the organisation. We map what is publicly attributable to you, then specify the controls that close the paths that exposure opens.

  • OSINT footprint mapping and broker delisting
  • MFA, credential and recovery-path architecture
  • Endpoint baseline and encrypted messaging configuration

Penetration Testing

Remote adversarial testing of your external perimeter, internal network and applications. Each finding is traced to the exact request or configuration that produced it, so nothing rests on inference.

  • External perimeter and internal network testing
  • Web, API and 802.11 protocol assessment
  • Privilege escalation and lateral movement paths

NVR & IP Camera Architecture

Coverage and recording design driven by the numbers that decide whether footage is admissible: pixel density on target, illumination, codec bitrate and the retention period you are actually obliged to hold.

  • Pixel-density, field-of-view and IR range calculations
  • H.265 bitrate, RAID topology and retention sizing
  • PoE budget, VLAN and ONVIF interoperability

AI-Assisted Detection

Analytics specified against the conditions your cameras actually operate in. Classification classes, zone logic and thresholds set so alert volume stays low enough that operators keep responding to it.

  • Licence plate recognition (LPR) and vehicle classification
  • Face detection with configurable confidence thresholds
  • Object classification, tripwire and zone rules

Network & Server Design

Segmented architecture for the infrastructure security depends on, designed so a compromised endpoint cannot reach the recorder, the door controllers or the file store on the same wire.

  • VLAN segmentation, 802.1X and NAC design
  • Firewall policy, VPN and remote access architecture
  • Server sizing, backup topology and monitoring

Approach

Four steps, no surprises

The same process on every engagement, so you know what's happening and what you'll have at the end of it. All work is remote: analysis, design and documentation.

  1. 01

    Scope

A scoping call, then a review of what you already hold: floor plans, device inventories, network diagrams and configuration exports. You get a fixed scope, price and timeline in writing before anything starts.

  2. 02

    Assess

Analysis and design by a named consultant, working from your documentation and, where testing is in scope, against your live systems. Anything critical is escalated the moment we identify it.

  3. 03

    Report

Findings rated by exploitability and business impact, each with the supporting evidence and a specific corrective action. Plus an executive summary a non-technical audience can follow.

  4. 04

    Execute

The specification goes to your installer or IT team to build against. We stay available through the build for clarifications, then verify the delivered configuration against the document and reissue the report to reflect the as-built state.

Industries

What you protect changes how we build it

A warehouse yard and a family home fail in completely different ways. We scope around the site you actually have and who is realistically coming for it.

High-Profile Individuals

Attributable-footprint reduction and residential system design where discretion matters.

Homes & Estates

Perimeter coverage, discreet camera placement, and privacy for the people living there.

Small & Medium Business

One system covering premises, staff and data, sized so it can actually be maintained.

Why StrikeFox

Specifications precise enough to build from

Plenty of firms sell hardware and call the quote a design, or hand over a 90-page PDF nobody can act on. We produce documentation an installer can execute and an auditor can follow, and we sell nothing else.

Start a conversation
  • Vendor-neutral by construction

We do not resell hardware or take integrator commissions. A recommendation is driven by your requirements and the numbers behind them, not by margin on a product line.

  • Fixed scope and price

You know the cost and the timeline before we begin. No hourly creep, no surprise change requests halfway through.

  • Evidence, not assertions

Every issue is documented with its location, the evidence that establishes it and the specific corrective action, not a generic instruction to "improve security".

  • Validation included

Once remediation is complete we verify the delivered configuration against the specification and reissue the report, so you have something clean for customers and auditors.
